The template is in Microsoft Word format. The template is an easy to complete form, just fill in the blanks were there is a red bracket. The color and bracket should be removed prior to submittal.

Anything extra (or not included in the uniform by-laws) is considered a special rule and should be included at the end of the document under Special Rules.

Procedures for Submittal
The Temple should submit their by-laws to the Imperial Recorder to record and forward to the Imperial Legal Advisor. Upon review by the Imperial Legal Department, recommendations to the Temple (if required) are made or a recommendation of denial or approval is made to the Imperial Divan.
